This time we continued our adventures in the Black Mesa. It’s been a minute since the first part, sorry about that, but we’re back on track (hopefully).
It’s still amazing to me how good this game looks compared to the original Half-Life.
Also, I’m so bad at aiming, like what the hell? I swear I was much better, I even played CS a lot in the past… But I guess it’s been a couple of decades since. 😅 Now I’m tanking most of the hits while trying to shoot the enemies in the face with a shotgun point-blank. Getting too old for this. At least I’m not as bad at the puzzles.
But we made some nice progress yesterday. We burned the test silo monster, had a train ride, electrocuted the vacuum gun monster, launched a satellite, defeated the ninjas (looks like they’re way less annoying than in the original game), got busted and mixed with trash. So a pretty usual day for Dr. Freeman I guess.
Next Friday we’ll start with diving into the poop so come join, it’ll be fun.
