This time we finished The Secret of Monkey Island, the first game in the Monkey Island series. And it was pretty good. The story was interesting, a lot of funny jokes… But pretty obscure puzzles, I did have to use a few hints and I don’t think I would ever figure out those puzzles on my own.
The Talkie mod was also amazing, it worked flawlessly, providing a great voiceover for all the lines. It added so much flavor to the game. And the GeneralMIDI conversion was awesome, especially because I had a chance to use my synthesizer keyboard, the music was awesome, I liked it a lot.
