This time we implemented the database migrations with init containers in Kubernetes; Extracted the config file overrides into a separate config map that can be modified outside of the Helm chart; And spent a ton of time figuring out why Flux doesn’t load the value files from secrets properly into the Helm variables at the specified path, only to find out that it just doesn’t, it only works like that for single values, not for the whole file.
